上海师范大学法学院一般指上海师范大学法政学院
上海师范大学法政学院于2002年底组建，2016年6月已更名为哲学与法政学院，是一个多学科并存，培养应用型本科人才、研究型学术人才的综合性二级学院，尤其是哲学学科为上海市一流学科、高峰高原建学科，具有一级学科博士授予权。

学院概况
法政学院是上海师大哲学社会科学门类较齐全的二级学院。学院伴随着上海师范大学前进的步伐，历经几代人的努力，已具有相当的规模，在人才培养、科学研究、服务上海和服务社会等方面作出了自己的贡献.
学院现有4个系：行政管理系、劳动与社会保障系、人力资源管理系、法律系；4个硕士点：政治学、行政管理、法学理论、法律硕士，政治学为一级学科硕士学位授权点；有若干研究机构：社会学研究所、人力资源开发与管理研究所、亚洲学研究中心、法与社会发展研究中心、中国劳动问题研究中心、孙中山宋庆龄研究中心；正在建设1个上海市教委重点学科行政管理，1个校文科重点学科理论法学。
学院现有教职工91人，其中专任教师69人，辅导员、教辅人员等22人。在专任教师中，43%具有博士学位；教授13人，副教授25人。学院承担各类在研项目68项，其中：国家社会科学基金8项，省部级项目30项，上海市教育科学规划项目1项，市教委项目21项。
学院先后建设上海市教委重点课程五门，正在建设的重点课程有行政管理学、绩效管理、法理学等。学院在学生实习、实践能力培养等方面创建了四个品牌项目，形成特色，包括：专业实习、人力资源管理实验、模拟法庭、志愿者活动等。学院重点建设市级实验教学示范中心——人力资源管理与开发实验中心，包括人才测评实验室、能力拓展实验室、经管综合实验室、专业技能实验室和职业发展实验室等；中心所属的人才测评中心为上海市高校首创，除面向全校学生提供人才测评外，还与上海市政府部门、大型企业等合作，提供人才测评服务。
学院现有学生近1700人，其中硕士研究生近300人，本科生1400人。另有夜大学生1200人。

The School of Law and Political Science is a secondary school with a complete range of philosophy and social sciences in Shanghai Normal University. With the progress of Shanghai Normal University and the efforts of several generations, the college has grown to a large scale and made its own contributions in personnel training, scientific research, service to Shanghai and the society.
At present, the college has four departments: Department of Administration and Management, Department of Labor and Social Security, Department of Human Resource Management and Department of Law. 4 masters programs: political science, administrative management, legal theory, master of law, political science is a first-class discipline masters degree program; There are several research institutes: the Institute of Sociology, the Institute of Human Resources Development and Management, the Research Center of Asiatics, the Research Center of Law and Social Development, the Research Center of China Labor Issues, and the Sun Yat-sen Soong Ching Ling Research Center. We are building one key discipline administration of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and one key discipline theory and law of liberal arts.
At present, the college has 91 faculty members, including 69 full-time teachers, 22 counselors and teaching assistants. Among full-time teachers, 43 percent have doctorates; There are 13 professors and 25 associate professors. The school undertakes 68 research projects, including 8 National Social Science Foundation projects, 30 provincial and ministerial level projects, 1 Shanghai Education Science Planning Project, and 21 projects sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
The school has successively established five key courses of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and the key courses under construction include administration management, performance management, jurisprudence, etc. The school has created four brand projects in the aspects of student practice and practical ability cultivation, which form the characteristics, including: professional practice, human resource management experiment, mock court, volunteer activities, etc. The school focuses on the construction of the municipal experimental teaching demonstration center -- the Human Resource Management and Development Experimental Center, which includes the talent assessment laboratory, ability development laboratory, economic and management comprehensive laboratory, professional skills laboratory and career development laboratory, etc. The talent evaluation center affiliated to the center is the first of its kind among universities in Shanghai. In addition to providing talent evaluation for all students in the university, it also cooperates with Shanghai government departments and large enterprises to provide talent evaluation services.
There are nearly 1700 students in the college, including nearly 300 postgraduate students and 1400 undergraduate students. In addition, there are 1200 night college students.
